my first weekend doing promotional work...

...was amazing.

• i made money
• i had fun
• i got into the farm aid concert free
• i got to be a VIP at the farm aid concert
• i got to meet and see farm aid artists
• i got to make a new friend
  
• i got to give away 17,000 8.25oz organic and soymilk samples, pelting one person in the head and forcing an EMT to come to their aid
• i met kenny chesney, willie nelson, and their managing and bus driving staff (including gator and pooty)
• i watched two girls attempt to break-in to dave matthew's bus, flash the security man (dean, or stage name, "break daddy"), and two guys beg to go smoke weed with will nelson, as their lives would then be complete
  
• i got to have dave matthews squeeze my hand for over five minutes, "i married an ashley..."
• i got to have dave repeat my name more than necessary
• i got to have dave sign my backstage pass
• i got to do this all while getting paid to give people free milk
• i got to write this blog to simply brag about it, but not care how annoying it would be to others
  

...did i mention my fifteen minute conversation with dave matthews after watching him, wilco, john mayer, neil young, john melloncamp, and so on, perform?

good god i'm being so annoying. i apologize, and promise to get over myself.
